A winter weight skull cap or beanie for really cold conditions. Designed for outdoor workers or adventurers this fleece beanie keeps your head, neck and ears warm and is made from breathable, durable and incredibly warm Polartec® fleece.

Originally introduced into our range 32 years ago its design remains unchanged – simple, effective and highly functional. Designed in NZ for:

• Maximum warmth – constructed from USA-made 300 Polartec® fleece, it’s virtually windproof, especially with the added 200-weight Polartec® band around the bottom.
• A quick-drying, low-profile hat that fits easily under any waterproof hood.
• To allow good vision.
• To insulate the back of the neck – a key area of heat loss due to an artery running close to the surface. As the saying goes, “If your feet are cold, put on a hat.”
