XTR® Thermalite Stretch
A unique blend of 77% nylon, 16% polyester and 7% lycra gives this technical trouser fabric a combination of wind resistance, unrestricted 4X4 stretch and warmth.
The nylon outer has been selected for abrasion resistance and the polyester lining for extra warmth and softness. The outer surface has been treated with a durable water repellent to actively shed water and snow.
XTR Thermalite Stretch is an ideal cold climate travel fabric and is especially suited for climbing, ski mountaineering and winter trekking.

I bought these pants 5-6 years ago, mainly for travel and adventures. I’ve hiked in them, ridden with them on my bike in the cold and damp, and even gone out to dinner wearing them to restaurants. They are just fabulous for winter travel and can transition off the mountain and to the cafe afterwards. They are so comfy and easy to care for, and dry really quickly on the body if caught in the rain. The only downside is they sound a bit like overtrousers when walking. Would buy these again in a flash.
